I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
If you've found the perfect shoe or boot but can't select a size, don’t worry—it might just be an internet connection problem. Try refreshing your browser and see if that fixes it! If not try closing out of any open tabs or windows on our site before clicking “buy now."

Has my order been sent yet ?
You can rest assured that your order has been sent and will be delivered to you within 14 days. All orders are guaranteed for delivery!

What shoe is best for running, walking, hiking etc.?
We have a great selection of all types of high quality shoes for your needs. All you need to do is type in what you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page, and pick the shoe that best suits you.

Is it safe to order online?
Ordering online from Laced Footwear is safe and secure. We at Laced Footwear know you may be worried about ordering, but don’t worry! Our customer service will make sure that your order has arrived on time.

What does upper material, inside material, insole material, and outsole material mean?
Upper material refers to the part or parts of a shoe that cover your toes, sides and back. Inside material refers to the shoe lining materials that can improve comfort, breathability and increase the lifespan of your shoes. Insole material is a layer of material that sits inside the shoe and creates a comfortable, cushioned area for your foot. Outsole material is the outer part of the sole that makes contact with the ground. It is responsible for grip, durability, and water resistance while maintaining comfort at all times.

Can I track my order ?
You can track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when you get it with a tracking number. We will also send confirmation emails and apologize in advance if there's any delays due customer demand, but rest assured that everything is going smoothly!

You’ve sent me the wrong items
Don't hesitate to return the wrong items if you have been sent them. We will not refund your purchase but we do appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on resolving this problem for both of us!

Where does Laced Footwear ship to?
Anywhere in Canada that has a postal code. If you don't have a postal code, then ship it to a friend or family member that has one and pick it up from them.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
We charge a flat fee of $10 per item for shipping, and if you order more than one item in the same order we are able to offer FREE shipping. Hint: applying your discount code for your first purchase almost makes shipping free! Once the package is in the delivery process it can take 4-8 business days, but please allow for 14 days for processing your order, product sorting/packaging, and shipping.

Are your sizes a true fit?

We know that finding the perfect shoe size can be difficult, which is why all of our footwear are based on U.S.-sized measurements!
